While I have much to update you on like ending my summer in Texas and being back at USC in a new role this year I found something worth immediately sharing. Then once I'm settled into my new apartment I promise I'll back on track and catch you up on all that I've missed.
In my operation to find healthy alternatives I stumbled upon a Twitter account today for Kelly over at Eat Yourself Skinny. Similar to my goal to find recipes for the things I love, because while I need to eat better I don't want to compromise my favorite foods and great taste, Kelly has set out on the same type of project.
Her blog is full of great recipes like this Grilled Chicken with Pineapple, Corn & Bell Pepper Relish...YUM!
A majority of her posts and recipes include nutritional information along with Weight Watchers point allocation if that's something that you look for.
I can't wait to get settled and back into a routine where I can eat something besides cereal, sandwiches and Lean Cuisines because it's getting old! Between this new site and the stockpile of recipes I am gathering on Pinterest I'll be doing a lot of exploring and sharing with you this year on this adventure.
